Description

Abyssinian oil is rich and slow-absorbing without a greasy after-feel. It is high in erucic acid which lends to its emollient and nourishing qualities. Effective for very dry, or mature skin and wonderful on the hair. A luxurious addition to leave-on products such as massage oils and face & hair preparations.

Shelf Life: 1-2 years

Storage: Always keep tightly sealed in a cool, dark place. (Refrigeration is recommended where possible). Heat, oxygen, and light degrade the product. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Suggested Use

Can use at full strength (undiluted). It works particularly well in an 85-90% dilution with another oil that is more fluid, such as calendula, grapeseed or sweet almond oil.

Goes Well With: Blends and/or single note essential oils, CO2 extracts, and absolutes.
